Consultation ob Boutique tourism in Slovenia

On Monday, April 20th, in Goriška Brda, we tackled one of the most critical questions facing Slovenian tourism: Is boutique tourism in Slovenia a genuine development model or merely a catchy slogan? This provocative question was at the center of a professional consultation organized by the Association of Boutique Accommodations of Slovenia, which brought together over 80 experts, providers, and travel agents at Vila Vipolže.

The four-hour discussion led to a clear conclusion: Slovenia possesses all the necessary conditions for the development of boutique tourism—yet it still lacks the systemic support required to fully realize this potential.
