Opening of an art exhibition Poland in focus

On tuesday, October 10th 2023, in Vila Vipolže we hosted an opening of an an international exhibition of contemporary artists from Poland - POLAND IN FOCUS.

The exhibition represents 29 professional artists from Poland who are presenting their latest production in contemporary painting to the topic of incidents and accidents that happen in life and in art.A collaboration between two festivals from Slovenia and Poland ART CIRCLE International Visual Arts Festival and INCIDENT V – ACCIDENT International Art Festival from Poland. Guest curator of the exhibition is Bartosz Fraczek, Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa.

The opening of the exhibition was also attended by Polish Ambassador to Slovenia Krzysztof Olendzki and Polish Honorary Consul Nedjan Brataševec.

In collaboration with Jan Dlugosz University in Czestochowa, Vila Vipolže and Ambasada RP w Lublanie / Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Ljubljana, Art Embassy of Poland – Klinec Plešivo, Art Embassy of Poland in Italy Klanjscek Wine&Stay.
