By car from Ljubljana, Slovenia:

Option 1: On the H4 motorway towards Razdrto-Vrtojba take the exit Nova Gorica. Drive through Šempeter pri Gorici, Nova Gorica and Solkan, where you cross the Solkan Bridge and continue towards Goriška Brda. In the village of Hum, turn left for Cerovo, go through Gornje and Dolnje Cerovo and then you reach Vipolže. At the OMV petrol station, turn right and drive up the hill. Vila Vipolže is on your right.

Option 2: On the H4 Razdrto-Vrtojba motorway cross the border at the Vrtojba border crossing and take the first exit on the Italian side – Gorizia. Drive through San Andrea, Lucinico, Mossa and cross the border to reach the village of Vipolže. At the OMV petrol station, turn right and drive up the hill. Vila Vipolže is on your right.

By car from Koper/Italy/Austria:

Option 1: Immediately after entering Slovenia at the Vrtojba border crossing on the H4 Vrtojba-Razdrto motorway, take the exit Nova Gorica. Drive through Šempeter pri Gorici, Nova Gorica and Solkan, where you cross the Solkan Bridge and continue towards Goriška Brda. Option 2: On the A43 Villesse-Gorizia motorway section, just before crossing the border with Slovenia, choose the final exit – Gorizia. Drive through San Andrea, Lucinico, Mossa and cross the border to reach the village of Vipolže. At the OMV petrol station, turn right and drive up the hill. Vila Vipolže is on your right.
